How to Use:

1. Prep the nail as usual. Paint on a layer of base coat and cure.
2. Paint on your color gel polish of choice and cure.
3. Apply a layer of Non-Wipe top coat and cure (60sec LED / 2min UV).
4. Rub on the effect powder of your choice with either a clean finger, a dense eyeshadow brush or a silicone applicator.
5. Paint on another layer of Non-Wipe top coat and cure (60sec LED / 2min UV).

Note! Bluesky's No-Wipe top coat (TOP 02) is harder than most No-Wipe top coats. Because of this it's not the ideal base for effect powders as the surface is too hard for the powders to grab onto. However by only curing the top coat for 30sec LED it will remain slightly softer and the powders will latch onto it perfectly.

Bluesky's regular, sticky top coat (TOP 01) is softer than most sticky top coats. Normally sticky top coats don't work with effect powders but this one is an exception. Once it's fully cured, remove the sticky layer with cleanser and now your nail is ready for the effect powder.
