Cesars Finland Oy (VAT number 2194567-9) sells products to both private persons and businesses in Finland and Europe. Some products, such as nail polish, gels, glues or any liquids are considered as a dangerous product and for this reason can't be sent outside Finland. All prices include a tax of 24%.
By accessing and using CesarsShop.fi and the products and services available on this website, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
Colors can vary depending on which screen you use, therefore we can never guarantee 100% that the color on the screen matches that of the actual product. We always do our best to make sure the colors match as much as possible.
Placing an order
All orders are made online. Add the products you want to the shopping cart and follow the website's instructions to choose the shipping and payment method you prefer. All personal information is handled with care and will never released for third parties. We only use your contact information to ship the order or contact you about the details of your order. You must be over the age of 18 to place an order or have approval by a guardian. We can't guarantee all products shown on the website are always available in stock. In such situations will we contact you right away to find a solution.
You will always be sent a confirmation email about your order when it has been received. If for some reason you don't get a confirmation email, please contact us immediately. This could be because of mistyped email address for example.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND FULL! WE WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE ORDERS IF INCORRECT ADDRESS HAS BEEN PROVIDED.
For delivery in Finland we use the services of Posti and Matkahuolto to ship the orders. You can also choose to pick up the order at our store in Helsinki or use e-delivery (gift cards only, the card will be sent to you by email).
For international delivery we currently ship only to the following countries: Finland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Creece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.
For other countries, please contact us before placing an order.
Shipping and handling costs will be added automatically to the order total.
Our aim is to send all order placed before 2pm during the same day, but please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Orders made during the weekend will be shipped out on the next Monday. If one or more products in your order has sold out or it includes pre-order items, the handling may take longer. Orders including pre-order items will be sent out when all items are available for shipping. If an item has sold out, we well reach out to you to figure out a solution. Please check your email regularly.
Please note that CesarsShop is not responsible for any addiotional fees or custom taxes that may occur when the package arrives to your country.
Priority letter (Finland) 3 €
Small order, max 100g in weight and max 3cm in thickness, will be sent as a priority letter and should arrive the next day after being sent out. Please allow 1-2 days for the handling process.
Pick-up at your local post office (Finland) 6,90 €
A letter exceeding the 100g and 3cm limit or a package will usually be available for pick-up the next day from sending it out, after 4pm at your local post office. In some areas it might take up to 2 days according to Posti's delivery terms. When the order is wrapped up and ready for shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking code.
Pick-up at SmartPOST (Finland) 6,90 €
You can choose to pick-up for order from a SmartPOST locker if you want. When you choose SmartPOST as your shipping method, you will receive an email notification and a text message with the locker code to pick-up you order when it has arrived to the locker of your choice. The SmartPOST lockers can be found in many convenient locations such as shopping malls, grocery stores and kiosks and are open every day.

Starting from 1.10.2017 all shipments are available for pick-up after 6pm, including post offices and SmartPOST-lockers. You will have 7 days to pick-up your package before it is sent back to the sender. If you have bought an additional service you will get another reminder and have 14 days to pick up your order. If you do not pick up your order and it is returned to us, you will be charged for the costs caused by the returning. In worst case scenario this means you'll be paying the shipping triple (first shipping to you + return costs + second shipping to you). Please take care that you will pick up your order in time.
If your order total exceeds 70,00 € we will offer the shipping for free! (Finland only)
We will have the right to choose the best shipping method for us.
Matkahuolto Lähellä-package (Finland) 5,70 €
When you choose Matkahuolto as your shipping method, Matkahuolto carriers will deliver your order to your nearest Matkahuolto pick-up point. These can be: Matkahuolto, Matkahuollon asiamies, K-Market, R-kioski or some other Matkahuolto pick-up point. Especially the pick-up points in markets are very convenient because there usually very close to you and open late. You can pick-up the order when it's best for you. You will receive a text message notification only when the package is ready for pick up. For this reason it's very important that you input your phone number when placing an order. Pick-up at the Helsinki store 0 €
You can also pick up your order at out store in Helsinki. In this case you will not be charged any shipping costs. You can find us at Vuorikatu 22, 00100 Helsinki (Across Hotel Arthur). Business hours are visible at the footer and on the Store -tab. Possible changes to the business hours will be announced on our Facebook-page.

International priority letter from 3,70€
All international orders will be shipped as priority letters without tracking code. There prices depend on the weight of the order:
0-50 grams 3,70€
50-100 grams 4,50€
100-250 grams 6,30€
250-500 grams 9,50€
500-1000 grams 16,50€
1000-2000 grams 28,50€
Please note that all orders sent to outside of the EU may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs processing fees. These are not included in the prices listed on our website. You will be responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs processing fees charged by the country you are shipping to. Prior to placing an order, please consult with your local customs agency to find out more information regarding the amount of duties, taxes, or fees you may have to pay.
Please note that there is no tracking or delivery confirmation available for this shipping option, therefore we are unable to refund or re-ship your order in the event of loss in transit. We can provide proof of postage of your order upon request. Please only select this shipping option if you accept the risk.
The Parcel Connect service 9,80€ is available in the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and Estonia. The Parcel Connect network of Posti, DHL and Bring has more than 43,000 service points in Europe. Orders are delivered to a pick-up point or the recipient's home address. In Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, parcels are mainly delivered to a pick-up point. In other countries orders are delivered to the recipient's home address. If the recipient is not at home, the parcel will be returned to DHL's service point. Parcels are held for 14 days after an attempt to deliver or being made available for collection, after which any uncollected parcels will be returned to CesarsShop in Helsinki, Finland.
If the item is in stock, it will be sent out during the same day if the order is placed before 2pm. Please allow 48 hours for shipping in any case. Depending on the delivery method, it will take 1-2 days for it to arrive to you in Finland. For Scandinavia and Middle-Europe the delivery time is 2–5 business days and for rest of the Europe 3–6 business days. If a product is temporarily sold out, we will contact you about it immediately. If a product is sold out permanently, we will contact you to find out a solution together. Delivery times for special items and pre-orders will be announced at the product pages.
If the order has gone missing or has been damaged during the delivery, you are required to inform us about it in 14 days starting from the delivery. Depending on the case, we can arrange a delivery for new products and assist you to make a reclamation about the incident to Posti. If your order returns to us without prior agreement, you are charged for the costs caused by the return.
