Returns and exchange
It is extremely important to us that you are satisfied with the products you ordered and we're pretty sure you will be. However, if you're not, you will have 14 days to return the order if you want. The returns are acceptable ONLY for items that have not been used or opened and are still in their original packaging. The product has to be in the same condition you received it, so we can re-sell it. And trust us, we will know if the product has been used. All returns have to be discussed with us before taking action. When the order returns and has been checked and accepted, you will get a refund with the same payment method you used when ordering. If you do not pick up your order and it returns to us, you will be charged for the costs caused by the return. Refunds will be handled by case, so please get in contact with us.

Cancelling the order
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
However, if your order has already been sent to you, it cannot be cancelled and fully refunded. In cases like this, you will have to pay for the shipping costs.
