Moyra Shell Effect Powder - GREEN

1. Paint on a layer of Base Coat and cure. (UV 2min / LED 60sec)
2. Apply 1-3 layers of your coloured gel polish and cure.
3. Apply a layer of Non-Wipe Top Coat and cure.
4. Take your effect powder and rub it on the cured top coat with either a clean finger, eyeshadow brush or a silicone applicator.
5. Brush off the excess powder.
6. Paint on one last layer of top coat to seal the powder in and cure. All done!
