Making acrylic nails

  Gum gel with forms

  • More durable than acrylic gel made with Dual form
  • More options for challenging shapes as well
  • Can be used with most extension such as tips, molds, dual form, natural nail, silk wrap, fiberglass
  • Can be pinched
  • Easier to file than other construction options
  • You can shape the nail wihtout hurry
  • Shaping done with cleanser
  • Unscented or very mildly scented
  • No overflowing and no burning
  • Durable but flexible, so if the nail hits something the gel is flexible and does not break as easily
  • Gentler on the nail, the gel peels off when thinly filed from the nail itself, BUT DO NOT TEAR WITH FORCE

   French tips with GUM gel

  • Easy to shape high-quality acrylic gel, does not overflow with a nail or a mold
  • The mass can be worked on until the gel hardens
  • The gel does not need to be forced into the right shape, pat or push it into place
  • You don't need a clear layer of gel to support the bottom or top to make the French tip look neat

  GUM gel with Dual Forms

  • The surface does not need to be shaped separately
  • Suitable for shorter nails
  • The forms should preferably be slightly larger than own nail, because all of the gel must fit inside the mold
  • If the form is too small, it will pop off from the nail and won't stay in place
  • Form the gel thinner in the cuticle area and on the sides so that the gel does not overflow when it is pressed onto the nail
  • Remember to smooth the underside of the nail too
  • There are also transparent clips for forms which hep to hold the tip in place
  • Dual forms can be reused

  Applying forms on the nail

  • Can be used to lengthen the nail instead of tips
  • More natural than a tip, giving more options
  • Can also be used on chewed nails, where the edge of the mold is placed over the tip of the finger in front of the nail
  • For sweaty hands, do one at a time so the molds don't fall off from damp fingers

  Builder gel with forms
  • Traditional structural gel is a durable and odorless alternative to acrylic
  • Different viscosities for beginners and professionals. Stiffer gels are more suitable for beginners
  • A mold is a more natural alternative than a tip and allows different shapes and c-curves to be made
  • Can be pinched
  • Easier to file than acrylic

Lexan gel
  • Bluesky's hit product that belongs to the world's fastest gels
  • Cures with LED light in 5 seconds
  • High viscosity before curing, smooths out but does not overflow easily
  • Very durable after curing
  • Almost as hard as acrylic but easier to file
  • Very clear, suitable for glass effect nails and for sealing decorations under gel
